🚚 Delivery and Pickup

Standard Delivery

  • Fulfillment Time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping Time: After fulfillment, shipping generally takes 2–7 business days for domestic orders.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: Approximately 4–12 business days from the date of order placement.​

 

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (25 items or more):

  • Fulfillment Time: May extend beyond the standard 2–5 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
  • Shipping Time: Remains consistent with standard shipping times.

We recommend contacting us directly for bulk order inquiries to receive accurate fulfillment and delivery estimates.

 

Local Pickup (Memphis, TN)

We offer a Local Pickup option for customers in the Memphis, TN area:

  • Processing Time: Please allow 4–5 business days for order processing.
  • Pickup Notification: You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Pickup Location: Details will be provided in the pickup notification email.

 

Additional Information

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • Delays: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may affect shipping times.

⚠ Dispute Protection

Our shipping and delivery process is protected against unauthorized claims. Yah’ki Apparel maintains detailed tracking, carrier data, and fulfillment timestamps for every order.

In accordance with PayPal policies, any customer disputes must align with our published processing and shipping timelines. If your package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you claim it was not received, you must file a claim directly with the carrier.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout
  • Delays caused by natural events or carrier backlog

If you believe your order qualifies for a delivery-related claim, please contact us at support@yahkiapparel.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
